I never got to meet Tracy as I work from home, but last year when I went through losing my mum and dad, Tracy reached out a few times giving me love and support and some much-needed virtual hugs. I will never forget her kindness and support, she truly was a beautiful person inside and out and someone who will always have a special place in my heart. Rest in peace Tracy xx
